History
Patrick O’Neil was born on April 10, 1970, in Lakewood. The scion of an Irish-Catholic family with deep roots in the community, Patrick had difficulty fitting into the respectable niche expected of him. To put it bluntly, he couldn’t keep it in his pants.
A teenage dalliance with Eloise Fitch, a student at St. Mary’s Academy, resulted in a pregnancy which, given Patrick and Ellie’s families, resulted in a shotgun marriage. Patrick had to drop school to look after his fledgling family.
