The Duval House was the residence of Maggie and Emma Duval at the time of the 2015 – 2016 Lakewood murders.
Located in the picturesque suburban enclave known as “west Lakewood”, the house has nonetheless became a crime scene when Emma was attacked there at the start of the Lakewood Slashings.

Layout
The Duval house is a good-sized two-story suburban home.
The kitchenette is located to the right of the front door on entering the house, opposite the stairs. It’s dominated by a dining table.1

Emma’s Attacker
On the morning of October 19th, 2015, Maggie and Emma had a brief conversation over breakfast, concerning the murders of Stacy Winters and Brock Carmichael the previous evening, and Maggie’s quiet concern that there was something bothering Emma that she wasn’t telling her.2
