History
Tina was born on March 3, 1982, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Ike and Sarah Hudson.
Little Leeny Lost
Tina was never able to properly reconcile with Eileen, who died, with Dan, in a car accident in September 2015. Tina was shaken by her once best friend’s death and rapidly spiraled. When Clark called her to explain away why he couldn’t attend the funeral, she blew him off and didn’t bother passing her brother’s words on to his son.1
Development
A canon supporting character in the TV series’ second season, Tina was nonetheless absent from the Spring 2016 Season 2 AU, which commenced shortly before the season aired. Like (most) of the surviving new characters, Tina appeared in the October 2016 Season 3 AU, where she was positioned as her niece, original character Deanna’s, guardian in the wake of her brother’s arrest. This was promptly compounded with the return of her son Eli, who had been killed in the second season finale. The manner of Eli’s survival was not adequately explained, and was largely done because Eli’s portrayer wanted to bring him back. None of these scenes were maintained as canon to the SRU, which undid Eli’s death entirely, setting him and Tina up as part of The Final Retreat ensemble when the game launched in April 2019. Tina and Eli’s story was retroactively rounded out in the second and third volumes of The Story so Far.
