Lakewood Eyes was a clandestine intelligence network designed to capture compromising information for use in blackmail schemes.
It was established by Nina Patterson and Tyler O’Neil in November 2014 and, over the following 11 months, amassed a network of “clients” who paid significant sums to keep their secrets safe.
Following Nina’s murder early in the 2015 Lakewood Slashings, the Lakewood Eyes network was hijacked by the perpetrators of the murder spree, who proceeded to use some of the intelligence in the database for their own ends.

The Kissing Video
A candid video of Audrey Jensen making out with her then-secret girlfriend Rachel Murray in her car at the Wren Lake Overlook. Captured by Nina on October 17, 2015.1 Notably, Nina had no intention of using the video as blackmail material, having been at the time surrounded by the rest of the “in-crowd”, half of whom had no inkling of Lakewood Eyes. Nina, frustrated over Will’s threatened rebellion was letting off steam and exercising a grudge against Will’s girlfriend, Emma Duval, who had once been Audrey’s best friend.
Emma objected but ultimately didn’t stop Nina from filming. Nina uploaded it to the Lakewood-Eyes YouTube channel the next day, under the title “Lakewood Lezzies Caught in 4K!”, where it rapidly went viral locally.2

There was a Lakewood_Eyes YouTube channel, created by Nina on October 18, 2015, for the sole purpose of uploading the kissing video.
Trivia
While Nina’s blackmail operation is canon to Scream the TV Series, the SRU depicts a much more sophisticated operation. The name “Lakewood Eyes” is unique to the SRU, but inspired by the name of the YouTube Cliplicious channel Nina uploaded the kissing video to in the pilot episode: GW eyez. The SRU’s Nina has superior punctuation skills, evidently.
As of the start of the Lakewood Thrashings in April 2016, every member of Lakewood Eyes is dead. All but Jake were killed months previously, in the Lakewood Slashings.
